Women and youth are empowered through free skill trainings such as Computer, Tally, GST, Tailoring, Fashion Designing, Aari Embroidery, Machine and Hand Embroidery etc. These trainings enable them to become self-reliant and aid in a better economic independence.
Care and Support for PLHAs are in the form of providing nutritious food supply on periodic basis and the organisation holds awareness programmes to reiterate the importance of eating nutritious food and take regular tablets. These support from the organisation aids as a motivating factor .
Education support is provided for the children of PLHAs, due to their deteriorating health they are unable to take up any regular jobs which results in deprivation of higher education of their children.
Livelihood opportunities are provided for destitute, downtrodden and vulnerable women including differently abled women, widows and so on. Based on their ability and requirements small scale business is set up for them such as livestock, Flower merchants, Fruit – sellers, Soaps and Detergents, Tailoring etc.
Awareness programmes are carried out in various Colleges, Schools, Industries on the topics HIV/AIDS, TB, Drug Abuse, Women Empowerment, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment - in Workplace) Health and Hygiene, Environment etc. People are sensitised through these awareness programmes.
Elders visit our Organisation to learn Tech Skills, they are educated on basic internet skills and mobile app usage. This enables them to be aware of any scams and fraudulent messages that are on the rise and they are also taught on how to keep them away from these menaces.
